Wow - this event came together very quickly and God was in control. From an initial meeting on May 26th, a volunteer team formed. There were 10 team leaders from various different churches and each team brought their gifting forth. The Clinic was a tremendous blessing not only to those who received free services, but also to those who came to serve.

The day blessed 300 people with multiple services including haircuts, foot massage, chair massage, eye care, dental care, medical care and chiropractic care. Also there were about 150 other volunteers who helped with lunch, resources, gym shoes, kids projects, balloons, music, and Advocates that stayed with the families throughout the day. There were 10 team leaders from different churches. All services and materials were donated.

27 people received Christ as their Savior, many received prayer and many, many seeds were planted!

Our hearts were especially touched to see the woman who washed people's feet and gave foot massage for the entire day from her wheelchair! That is what the love of Christ looks like!!

Thanks go out to Evangel Life Center pastor John Clark for generously offering the use of the wonderful facility and for his helpful staff. Thanks to every single enthusiastic volunteer who helped during the day, and for those who helped prepare the way. Don't miss the opportunity to be involved in future Touched Twice clinics.

It is incredible what the Body of Christ can accomplish when we come together for His Kingdom purposes. Together we can change our City! Bless everyone who was a tiny piece of this large puzzle. To God be all the Glory. A page of background information on the clinic is available, with links to clinic resources.
